Episode 6 of the Bachelor just aired, and America has its predictions as to who will win the final rose and Ben’s heart at the end of the season. Bachelor predictions have become a science, and with 20 seasons of experience, we’ve gotten pretty good at it.
Ben has had plenty of strong connections with various girls on the show from day one, but some connections are more special and contain more chemistry than others.
Episode 6 proved to be yet another incredibly dramatic episode with a total of four girls leaving the show by the end of the two hour time slot. Jennifer, Leah, Olivia, and Lauren H. all said their goodbyes to the lovely Mr. Higgins, leaving us with our best guesses as to who will win the proposal in the end. A sneak peek into the future episodes proved that even more dramatics are soon to follow, and all bets are off as to who will win the final rose.

Here’s our guesses as far as the top three possible winners:

Rose: So much drama. So many tears. So many pigs swimming majestically in the water (totally my dream date). Lauren B. has been my pick since night one, partly because she has the best job and seems really laid-back and realistic about the whole “Bachelor” process, and also because Ben is ridiculously into her. The fact that Leah felt like she had to sabotage Lauren’s obvious connection with Ben says it all. I’ve been watching this show for years (so many years it’s actually embarrassing so I’ll keep the number a secret) and I am NEVER WRONG (except one time which will not be mentioned). So you just have to take my word for it that Lauren’s got it in the bag and will soon be Mrs. Higgins and have mini Bachelor babies. JoJo and Amanda are close runners-up – close but no cigar.
I can’t wait for next week – there’s nowhere else I’d rather be on a Monday night than on my couch with my trusty roommate to watch the drama unfold.

Erin: I couldn’t believe Ben sent Lauren H. home. She was my number two pick and I had to readjust my list at the end of this episode (also there were way too many pigs in this episode for my tastes). I predict Amanda as the winner because Ben has proved to have strong connections with her on their several dates. We also saw a sneak peek into the future episodes where he meets her kids- a huge step which also signifies a huge investment into her future. How many men will meet a woman’s kids just to say goodbye? Lauren B. definitely has a good shot, but their relationship seems a bit unstable after Leah’s lies, leaving Ben confused and unsure. Becca has also shown really good chemistry with Ben, enough to make her a strong candidate but not a true winner.

Maddie Crocenzi, Editor-in-Chief and fellow Bachelor addict, also gave her prediction for the winner: “In the end, I hope he picks Becca. I’ve been a huge fan of hers since Chris’ season. I think she’s sweet, funny, and genuine. Plus Ben has great chemistry with her. Also, I want to raid her closet so badly but that’s beside the point.”
