Biggest goal in life right now:

To make sure I don’t starve or burn my apartment down trying to cook this year.

What I would splurge on if I had extra money:

I’d take a year off of school and travel to every national park in the United States. And you know, probably pay my loans too.

Favorite Messiah memory:

My first night at powerhouse. It was also the very first night that I felt Messiah was truly home.

Where I see myself in 5 years:

Hopefully traveling around the world, serving God and owning lots of dogs.

The best trip I’ve ever taken:

Once, my sister and my parents packed up an RV, took 4 weeks off of work and made a round trip across the United States. We saw everything from the Mall of America to the wide-open Badlands to Universal Studios. That trip opened my eyes to how huge our world really is and helped me really understand how blessed I am.

What I would title my autobiography:

Not Your Average Farm Girl

One movie or novel I wish had a sequel or another installment:

Deja Vu. This is my all-time favorite movie, because I can watch (and have watched) it a million times and still be on the edge of my seat. Denzel Washington is also one of my favorite actors.

Biggest goal in life right now: To be successful in my academic endeavors while still cultivating my personal passions and hobbies. Even though my schedule is packed, I want to be able to keep doing what I love in my free time.

About me:

I live in the country and come from a family of rednecks. I’m proud of where I come from and my family and faith are two things that are most important to me. 🙂

One movie or novel I wish had a sequel or another installment?

The Incredibles 2 needs to happen. I think it’s already in the works, but I need a sequel just to relive my childhood. The fact that it hasn’t happened yet is just not okay.

Favorite Messiah memory:

I once went caving with a bunch of girls that lived on my floor my sophomore year. I’ve never been so scared and excited in my whole life!

Where I see myself in 5 years:

I don’t even know where I see myself tomorrow night… 5 years from now? Who knows!

The best trip I’ve ever taken:

My freshman year in college we went to Miami for basketball. We went snorkeling and to the beach and the water was clear blue. We could see the fish and other animals clearly in the water.

Favorite quote:

“It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the dog.” – Mark Twain

Favorite place in the world:

Empty basketball gym, because it’s relaxing and nice to shoot alone.

Biggest goal in life right now:

I want to win a MAC championship and also work for ESPN, my ultimate career goal.

Biggest goal in life right now:

Graduate!

What I would title my autobiography:

Big Hair, Big Feelings; a Memoir

What I would splurge on if I had extra money:

Probably a one-way ticket to a tropical Island.
