Men’s Basketball lost at home to Hood College 81-68. Matt Glogowski led the Falcons with 19 points, eight rebounds and two assists.

After two straight losses, the team beat Alvernia 68-63. Sam Whittle recorded a career-high 25 points shooting 100 percent from the 3-point line and the free throw line.

Wrestling had a busy weekend hosting Gettysburg College Friday night. The Falcons defeated the Bullets 33-6, winning eight of the 10 matches.

The next day the team traveled to Waynesburg to match up against Waynesburg, Thomas More, Baldwin Wallace and Defiance. The Falcons defeated Thomas More 35-7, Waynesburg 31-10 and Defiance 40-14, but fell to Baldwin Wallace 25-12.

Women’s Basketball hosted Hood Wednesday night. Alecia Rohrer made history, joining the Messiah women’s basketball 1,000-point club. She finished with 24 points on the night. The Falcons downed the Blazers 61-47.

The women defeated Alvernia in dominant fashion winning 66-31 on Saturday. Rohrer led the way with 13 points and 10 rebounds.
